well....

so much thing happen...

i dont have the mood to blog it in anyway...

so let just talk about what happen to be recently..

nothing much really intereting happen...

have some cash flow problem...

well...who on earth have enought money to spend right???

i spend way to much...no suffering from boh lui...no money...

feel so insecure....my purse feel sad everyday...

haha :)

well...

YUN YUN...my best buddy in high school....

join a singing competition lo... her school organise,,,

she went into final....going to fight for the number one place with 12 other contestant...

she say she is going to sing tian kong(which is sky in chinese)...

hope she can win la...

YUN YUN.... i am ur number one fan...

Working procedure...

like usual i start work at 10am

after switching on the light,start up the computer and turn on the dish washer..

i went and vaccuum the floor

this is my job...my partner wen is in charge of the mopping and washing the toilet...

the floor was quite dirty...with some food crumps here and there...

i take around 40min to vaccuum the entire restaurant...

after vaccumming...

i went to the kitchen and refill the ice...as u know the ice will melt... and we have change it frequently

than i start wiping the table and cleaning the bottle of soya sauce...some of them have some stain in it....

me and wen than have our lunch...

after lunch we start checking whether did we miss out anything and wait for our guest..

customer did not came alot...

only around 20 came....is not the peak season yet...so customer are little...

we usually speak in German(which is very limited) when we dont understand we try and ask in english....people over here in the german part knows english.

so is not a problem talking with them in english

so let skip to the night shift part..

night shift is mostly the same with the morning shift

just that we dont need to vaccuum,mop and clean the toilet...

but if we find out tht the floor is dirty we have to clean it...

there was this family i think. mom and daughter are thai and husband i think is swiss

as for dessert they order FLAMBE...

yup...is the food where you light up fire in front of the guest...

my first time trying it....

it was fun...wen never try it before...

as for me...i am very adventerous

for me FLAMBE is a very interesting thing...and maybe i should try and learn it...

so i ask the boss to give me try it since she ask me and wen who wanted to do it..

she was like..."ok u do it...u seem so happy ya..."

i was like.."uh huh...fun...."

damn funny...

it was just a ordinary ice cream flambe.

which mean ice cream add some alcohol and than light up with fire...

i light up the alcohol in front of the guests

and they were very happy...

i was too...

the first time when i witness the procedure of doing the flambe

it was kind of unsuccessful....cant really see the fire...just can feel the heat..

but this was my first time... i scared it ended up unsuccessful...

but haha...it was successfull..

the daughter was so happy and so is the mom...

the mother talk in thai and i think is ask the daughter to take a picture of the flambe..

at that momment i felt delighted...well

i make my customer happy...and i got a very weird feeling too...

dont no how to describe but the it feels good...

that all la..

i cant find the picture of the ice cream flambe...

but i find something which is similiar...

hope friends will enjoy it soon...

i mean the FLAMBE...

Zurich Dayout...

today...

wakaka....

went out with my collegue ah lok...

well not a guy k...is a girl

one of my close friend in my working place.

she went to meet a girl Yuki...

she is quite nice....friendly and give many suggestion about our work....

even thought is something we dont wanna hear(the opposite of wht we think) but at lease we can see it from another angle..

Yuki also invite a few other gurls..

Helen and another girl which i dont no what the name and Nicole

believe it or not...i have some yun fan or yuen fen ( i dont no how to say it in english but what i said just now is chinese n cantonese)

with Nicole..

we (me, ah lok and nicole) went to this place(my current intenship) for an interview...

she let her first impression ruled her and dont accept the offer. so me and ah lok got the job.

than i got a 2nd interview in Mannendoft.... but because i already accept the job offer from this current job so i have to reject the interview.

in the end...nicole went for the interview and accept the offer...

isnt that such a coinsident?

i dont no whether u understand or not.but is quite funny...

nicole finally cant hang out with us cause she need to work...

Yuki, me and Ah Lok went and eat at a korean restaurant for lunch.... the food quite nice around 20 francs for one dish

than after meeting with Helen and the other girl we went window shop for while before going to Starbuck for coffee..

we talk like we are best friends...just like best friend day out like that...so close...with i cant bond with that girl which i dont no the name

hehe.... :)

after that we went to Papa Joe for dinner...

i eat the Pork spare ribs...the best part is i going pay 38.50franc and i eat all i one....how much u can eat how much they will serve

Luzern... 2nd trip

the trip was on well wed and thur this week

i no i no..

days before...

but i lazy to blog it in...

yup....for your information that is the place where my dear dear work...

damn nice....

i am not bored to be there...jt n where else to walk already...

i arrive at Luzern at tuesday night...so i can spend more time with dear dear...

and wanna no something??

his roomate was not there for wed and thurday.he went to Geneva for some reason...dont no dont ask..

maybe give some private momment for us...

yipee!!!!

the next day i was alone in the room...

he went to work so i am in the room watching Kyle XY...

time past quite fast....until my stomach rumbled..

guess what??

it was already one something and i nv eat anything since morning...

when dear dear back...we went and eat pizza at NY(NEW YORK)

the pizza was great...but dear was sad cause he say cant provide me with good food..

who cares??with him no matter eat wht will be full la...

most of the time we also eat at NY....the piza is huge...bigger than pizza hut's pizza of course...

thursday right after dear lunch, i ask him to ask his chef whether i can join him in kitchen...

of course he lie to his boss say that i came today and no where else to go...

the chef decided to let me stay in the kitchen.... with 1 rule.... which is

no touching anything, just sit and watch...

of course i agree...

was quite fun seeing him work with a lady chef name Claudia...

she was kind...and talk to me...

the owner of the hotel also came and talk to me...he no a lot about msia..

and been to Kuala Lumpur,Kuantan, Terrenganu n Melaka...guess what...even those detail and history bout msia he also know...

great huh????

cut short la...tired d...

i went back the next day(firday morning) and guess what??

i dont have the keys and keep calling my friend...no one answer...

finally the boss heard me and open the door...

haha...

and call me to take a set of keys from his wife...

work at hell soon start.....

Luzern...
